个人简介

1987年毕业于东北农学院(现东北农业大学),获得学士学位;2003年毕业于东北农业大学,获得博士学位;2003年进入日本北海道大学从事博士后研究;2009年入选入选中国科学院“百人计划”,并在结题验收中获得优秀。曾任中国科学院大豆分子设计育种重点实验室主任,现任广州大学分子遗传与进化创新研究中心主任,生物学学科带头人。以第一或共同通讯作者身份在Nature Genetics、Plant Physiology、Genetics、Journal of Molecular Evolution、 Ann Bot等国际主流学术期刊发表研究论文40余篇。担任JIPB、Journal of Genetics & Genomics、《植物学报》等学术刊物编委。

研究领域

主要以大豆为材料,重点研究光周期调控大豆开花分子机理、大豆产量性状形成的遗传机制解析,致力于大豆的分子品种设计,培育早熟、高产稳产、优质、高效安全新品种。

长期致力于作物分子育种的研究工作。先后支持国家重点研发专项课题、中国科学院战略性先导专项、国家自然科学重点基金、国家转基因重大专项重点课题等项目。在大豆重要栽培性状QTL定位、大豆生育期(光周期敏感性)基因和大豆结荚习性基因的克隆、功能验证研究方面取得了重要进展,原创性发现豆科植物特有的且主要的光周期调控开花遗传网络PHYA-J-E1/E1L-FT。打破了模式植物拟南芥PHYA-CO-FT的既往经典研究结果的单一性,拓展了植物光周期调控开花的遗传调控网络,为大豆长日照敏感性的分子机理研究奠定了理论基础,解决了大豆早熟与高产矛盾的科学问题;揭示了大豆结荚习性的分子机理,解决了大豆结荚习性鉴定的科学问题。此研究成果入选了国家自然科学基金委员会的2017年度优秀成果汇编。主要研究结果发表在国际上有很高影响度的Nature Genetics、Plant Physiology、Plant Molecular Biology、BMC Plant Biology、Genetics、The Journal of Molecular Evolution、 Ann Bot上。国内外学术期刊Nature Plants、 Chinese Bulletin of Botany等对发表在Nature Genetics(2017,49:773-779)具有里程碑意义的成果作了专文评述:“研究结果为大豆热带地区适应性理论的揭示和应用打开了一扇大门”。

提出了黑龙江第一、二积温带大豆高产基因型:E1/e2/e3/E4;第四积温带大豆早熟高产基因型:e1-as/e2/e3/E4。并据此理论通过分子育种培育了选育3个大豆新品种,2017-2018年累计推广330万亩。曾获得省部级科学技术进步二等奖两项。主笔面向21世纪、“十一五”国家级规划教材《作物育种学各论》第24章。
